Our principles

Before any numbers are discussed, four principles apply to every engagement. The Workplace Performance Review is always free, even though it would normally cost £595. All fees are agreed in writing before delivery begins. Initial and ongoing fees are shown separately, so you see year-one and year-on-year costs clearly. And the savings we identify are shown alongside the fees, so you can see the net position before committing.

What's included and what's not

Bundles cover the work set out in each list. Continuing services in Year 2, such as Annual Governance and Support, are shown alongside the initial fee, so you can see year-on-year costs clearly. Insurance commissions, where relevant to your benefits arrangement, are paid by the insurer rather than invoiced separately, and are always disclosed in writing.
